For as long as I could remember, I've been fascinated with the transformational arts; and human beings unique and brilliant ability to create sustainable and lasting change in their lives through lifestyle choices that empower personal healing, connective relationships and a purpose driven life.
Under the vast umbrella of Integrative Wellness, I work with individuals who are ready to break free from their conditionings & patterns and recover a sense of personal autonomy and emotional sovereignty in their lives. Holistic health is so much more than what is on our plate, and how often we go to the gym each week. My scope of practice focuses on the interconnectedness of our personal experiences, and sheds light on how all areas of our life impact our reality.
Through Gnosis Coaching, we embrace the transformational journey of Alchemy; a process of inner transmutation where we alchemize our challenges into opportunities, our limitations into liberation, and our wounds into wisdom. This journey revolves around personal empowerment and returning to the drivers seat of your life.
I am devoted to this path because I deeply believe that in order to truly see change in this life; whether in our society, within our communities, or in our family systems; we must first accept our responsibility to heal our wounds, embody our sovereignty, and remember who we truly are.
